I’m Baelhadj, owner and lead developer of NeatWeb Solutions. I started programming in high school, experimenting with Python scripts to automate tasks, a passion for solving problems that has stayed with me ever since.

taught myself web development using resources like YouTube tutorials, FreeCodeCamp, and by reading documentation deeply. Over time, I’ve built skills across Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, NextJS, Astro, Supabase, Tailwind, and Figma.

I noticed that many small businesses either don’t have the budget to invest in a professional website, don’t understand the benefits, or haven’t considered having one at all.
